Who is this guy?

I am currently the Executive Chef at the Waterfront Hotel in Historic Fells Point, Baltimore, Maryland.  I grew up in northeast Maryland but went to college in North Carolina.  After receiving my degree in Environmental Studies, I moved to Charleston, SC to attend Johnson & Wales University.  I earned my Culinary Arts degree and spent the next few years polishing my skills in some of the areas renowned restaurants.  I returned to Baltimore in 2004 and continue to spread the love through the art of cooking.
